International Conference on the Future of European Capital Markets – "European Capital Markets Dialogue: Integrate, Simplify and Supervise in a Data-Driven Europe"

The international conference "European Capital Markets Dialogue: Integrate, Simplify and Supervise in a Data-Driven Europe" was held in Dubrovnik on August 31 and September 1, 2026. The event was organized by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa), in program partnership with the Luxembourg financial sector regulator, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

Representatives of the Insurance Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina attended the two-day conference, which brought together leading experts, representatives of European and regional regulatory and supervisory authorities, EU institutions, and the financial industry. Participants discussed key challenges and opportunities for the further development of European capital markets amidst intensive regulatory, technological, and market changes. The discussions focused on enhancing the competitiveness of European capital markets, improving regulatory efficiency and supervisory practices, and safeguarding market integrity in an environment of accelerated digital transformation.
